Opinion: Sbu ceased the moment

DJ Sbu: Image - Twitter
I must admit when i saw Dj Sbu trending i thought to myself " oh what have you done Sbu", oh well Sbusiso never disappoints, love him or hate him and he sure never misses an opportunity to shine.
"my name is Dj Sbu, i come all the way from Johannesburg South Africa, i am here as an ambassador for  hip hop music and culture in the entire African continent" this is how Dj Sbu introduced himself during what seemed to be a memorial for Nipsey Hussle, who was shot dead a few days ago.

While i watched  him speak i thought of the new legislation that has been recently passed that lying on your CV could see one jailed for up to five years. Sbusiso's introduction to me had an element of dishonesty, "ambassador of hip hop", am not so sure about that, but as i listened his speech was so true, but his intro clouded everything else that came after that.

In one tweet replying  to a twitter who asked about the "ambassador" part, the DJ said that he has co-executive produced over 31 multi platinum award winning albums (many genres), seven  of his own , helped multiple brothers and sisters become successful artists and big brands in music. No one can deny the fact that Sbu is a successful entrepreneur and whatever he is doing is clearly working kodwa lets not take it too far. All i ca say to Sbu is continue ceasing the moment just no all moments.
